Why Film Photography?
Though I primarily shoot in digital, I really love complementing digital photography sessions with the classic method of photography: film.
Film is timeless (quite literally). In a digital world, where everything is instant and easy, film is a labor of love that stands the test of time. Are you relying on technology alone to preserve your memories?
Your film negatives can always be scanned again in any format, but nothing can repair a damaged DVD or hard drive with your intangible digital files lost forever. With film photos and video, you can actually hold your memories in your hands and preserve them to be passed down for future generations to discover. Plus, film is just instant-cool. Need I say more?

Why Super 8 Films?
Super 8 film was one of the earliest forms of cinematography. There’s a natural sense of nostalgia with Super 8 film, and feels like your memories do — warm, hazy, romantic, magical, dreamy. It’s the truest representation of how it felt in that moment.
Your life is not a perfect, cinematic highlight reel in HD. Focusing on what really matters, your Super 8 film has no sound and no frills. Just you and your precious moments to be relived, the way they actually felt.
